Next-Day Flower Delivery in Toronto: What to Know
Need flowers delivered fast in Toronto? Here is how our next-day delivery works, why we require 24 hours notice, and how to make sure your order arrives on time.
Every order at Varelia Bouquets is handcrafted fresh on the day it is delivered, which is why we require at least 24 hours notice on every order. Here is what that means in practice and how to plan around it.
Why 24 hours notice
We do not pre-make bouquets and hold them in a cooler. Once your order is placed, our team sources the freshest available stems and builds your arrangement the day it goes out. That lead time is what keeps every bouquet fresh instead of sitting around waiting to be delivered.
Order today and the earliest available delivery date will be tomorrow. If you are in a time-sensitive situation, the safest approach is to call or message us directly to confirm the fastest we can get to your address.
Which areas do we deliver to?
We deliver across Toronto (all neighbourhoods), Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Oakville, Richmond Hill, Etobicoke, Scarborough, North York, and Durham Region including Ajax, Pickering, Whitby, and Oshawa.
Enter your postal code at checkout to confirm your address is within our delivery zone before you order.
What happens after you order
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation by email. Our team begins sourcing stems ahead of your delivery date, builds the arrangement fresh, and you will get a delivery update when your bouquet is on its way.
Tips for a smooth delivery
Provide a complete address. Apartment numbers, buzzer codes, and building names all matter. Incomplete addresses are the most common cause of delivery delays.
Make sure someone is home. We do our best to leave flowers safely if no one answers, but for perishable bouquets, having someone available to receive the delivery is always best.
Add a note with instructions. If you want us to leave it at the door, ring the bell and leave, or call the recipient first, add that in the order notes at checkout.
Order as early as you can. We cannot guarantee specific delivery windows, but ordering with more than the minimum 24 hours gives us more flexibility on timing.
Can I order for a surprise delivery?
Yes. Provide the recipient's address and we will handle the rest. You can choose to leave a card with your message or opt for a mystery delivery with no card if you want to call them directly.
A note on holidays
Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and the week before Christmas see our highest order volumes. During these periods we recommend ordering at least 3 to 5 days in advance to guarantee your preferred bouquet and delivery date.
