Ordering
How do I place an order?+
Visit our Shop page, choose your bouquet, select your delivery date, and proceed to checkout. You can pay securely online and we will confirm your order by email.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay at checkout.
Can I modify my order after placing it?+
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. We can usually accommodate modifications up to 12 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time.
Is there a minimum order?+
There is no minimum order value. You can order a single bouquet starting from our smallest size.
Can I order for someone else as a gift?+
Absolutely — simply enter the recipient's address at checkout. You can add a personal card message and we will include a handwritten note with the bouquet.
Delivery
What areas do you deliver to?+
We deliver across the Greater Toronto Area including Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Oakville, and Richmond Hill. Check our delivery map at checkout to confirm your address.
How much is delivery?+
Delivery rates vary by distance and are calculated at checkout. We offer flat-rate delivery across most GTA zones.
How far in advance do I need to order?+
We require at least 24 hours notice for standard delivery. For busy occasions like Mother's Day or Valentine's Day, we recommend ordering 3–5 days in advance.
Do you offer same-day delivery?+
Same-day delivery is not available at this time. Our earliest option is next-day delivery when you order before 5pm.
What happens if no one is home at delivery?+
Our driver will attempt to leave the bouquet in a safe, shaded spot. You will receive a photo confirmation of the delivery location. If the location is not suitable, we will contact you to arrange a second attempt.
Pickup
Is pickup available?+
Yes — you can select pickup at checkout instead of delivery.
Where do I pick up my order?+
Pickup is available from our studio in the GTA. The exact address will be confirmed in your order confirmation email.
When will my order be ready for pickup?+
Your pickup time will be confirmed in your order email. Orders are typically ready within the morning window on your selected date.
Is pickup free?+
Yes — there is no additional charge for picking up your order in person.
Bouquets & Products
Are your flowers fresh?+
Yes — all of our bouquets are made to order using fresh, locally sourced blooms where possible. We do not pre-make bouquets in advance.
Can I request a specific flower?+
Yes — leave your flower preference in the order notes and we will do our best to accommodate based on seasonal availability. For specific requests, contact us before ordering.
Do you offer custom arrangements?+
Absolutely. Contact us through our Contact page with your vision, colour palette, and occasion and we will design a custom arrangement for you.
How long will the flowers last?+
With proper care — trimming stems, changing water every 2 days, and keeping away from direct sunlight — most of our bouquets last 5–10 days.
Can I add a vase, chocolates, or card?+
Yes — at checkout you can add a vase, chocolates, macarons, a teddy bear, or a handwritten card to your bouquet.
Special Occasions
Do you do weddings?+
Yes — we create custom bridal bouquets, bridesmaid arrangements, and centrepieces for weddings across the GTA. We recommend reaching out at least 2–4 weeks in advance. Visit our Wedding Flowers page to learn more.
Do you do corporate orders?+
Yes — we accommodate corporate gifting and recurring office flower orders. Contact us directly for volume pricing and scheduling.
Can I order for Mother's Day or Valentine's Day in advance?+
Yes — and we strongly recommend it. These are our busiest periods. Orders for holiday occasions often sell out, so placing your order 5–7 days early is ideal.
Do you offer gift wrapping?+
All of our bouquets come wrapped in our signature kraft paper with a satin ribbon — no additional charge. This is our standard presentation for every order.
Can I schedule a recurring flower subscription?+
Recurring subscriptions are coming soon. In the meantime, contact us and we can set up a recurring arrangement manually.
Do you deliver to funeral homes for sympathy flowers?+
Yes — we deliver sympathy arrangements to both residential addresses and funeral homes across the GTA. Please include the funeral home name and any timing requirements in your order notes.
